Boots Haul Hair & Make Up: Hello I'm Clo

Hello I'm Clo!

http://youtu.be/71p5K2Iaq_Q

So todays video is a haul for my latest trip to boots!  I bought a small fortune as per, yet picked up lots of essentials and staple pieces of hair and make up goodies and some newbie products to try out and enjoy! Here i'll list a full breakdown of each item and will individually review, as and when I use them, so I can give a detailed and informative review!

I hope you enjoy the video!

I'll start with hair products...
The hair products I picked up on this trip are all from VO5. They were each on 3 for 2. I went in, in search of heat protect spray for my hair, surprisingly there weren't too many available, so I thought i'd grab this one and a hairspray, then for my third item throw in something new to try.

"VO5 Plump It Up Amplifying Blow Dry Lotion Heat Defence"
Volume & thickness with natural bounce 200ml £3.69

As the GIANT hairspray caught my eye, that was also popped into the basket!
"VO5 Ultimate Hold Weather Resistant Hairspray
Long lasting, ultrafine spray which brushes out easily and gives a touch of shine.
 400ml £3.29 (What a bargain!)

My final hair styling / lotion / potion is for a bit of extra bounce, so my hair matches my personality!

" V05 Extra Body Weather Resistant Styling Mousee"
Extra body and 24 hour hold 200ml .This was the free item, Priced usually around £3

I then spent the best part of 45 minutes browsing foundations and ummming and ahhrrring about tones, finishes and swatches. I ended up buying three. Not one of these three did I spend any time perusing over, I simply swatched the lightest colour available, checked the skin type and headed for the checkout. I honestly loose the will to live when trying foundations. My new approach is totally unprofessional "I'm a blogger, I can review it even if it's rubbish."  My inner demon voice tells me it's fine.

The three foundations I picked up were:

" Collection Lasting Perfection Ultimate Wear Foundation "
Shade: 02 'Ivory'  30ml £5.99
Lasts for 16 hours, Flawless coverage, SPF 20, Oil Free, Minimises imperfections.

"Rimmel London Stay Matte Foundation"
Shade: 100 'Ivory'  30ml £5.99
Liquid Mousse Foundation, lightweight shine control.

"Seventeen On The Spot Foundation"
Shade: 'Soft Ivory' £6.99 30ml
Clearer skin in 4 weeks, full coverage foundation, blemish fighting, healthy look.

Following the theme of threes I also stocked up on my collection of 'The Natural Collection's" blushers; I picked up two powder and a new, never tried cream one! Ooooo how exciting!

(Peach Melba left, Rosey Glow right.)

" The Natural Collection Blushed Cheeks Blusher "
Shade: Peach Melba, £1.99

" The Natural Collection Blushed Cheeks Blusher "
Shade: Rosey Glow, £1.99

" The Natural Collection Blushed Cheeks Cream Blusher "
Shade: Rosy Pink, £1.99

I also popped a baby pink eye colour in by basket.
" The Natural Collection Eyeshadow "
Shade: Candyfloss, £1.99

Here come the lip glosses!

"The Natural Collection Tinted Lip Balm"
Shade: Cranberry Kiss £1.99

"The Natural Collection Lip Gloss"
Shades, each £1.99 :
Barley Sugar
Toffee Cream
Pink Velvet
Raspberry Ripple

That's what I picked up at boots! I'm very happy with what i picked up and lI ook forward to popping them in future videos and make up looks!

Speak tomorrow,
Lots of love,

Clo : -))
