Weekly Edit April: Two



This week was a jam packed week of commuting, reading, uni and hitting the gym and it was one awesome week. Despite being quite literally here- there and everywhere, I kept my cool, didn't miss any trains and managed to be at the right place and the right time and in one piece. Hurrah!






This week I had a real health kick after completing the book 'Skinny Bitch' I'm now not eating anything processed and am trialling living a completely vegan lifestyle. It's not been too difficult either. I'm really committed to leading and living the best life possible and In order to do that my body and mind must be in the correct frame of mind. We are what we eat. I'm enjoying exploring new foods, new thinking and new yummy restaurants!

Since starting university I've picked up sport again, after a long break since my prep school days. Even though I'm now back living with Mum and Dad I've kept my membership at the Uni gym and this week I hit it hard. Several 7am morning sessions, a few split sessions and one killer spin class without padded cycling short (Ouch!) I feel fantastic. I'm so pumped right now, it's unreal. I'm high on the natural life.



This week I've made some really positive life choices and have managed to keep a harmonious balance of stressful situations (Uni / Commuting) and things that I love, such as: blogging, writing, being creative and reading. I even managed to watch the sun set in London. I've ploughed through 3 books this week. I've basically swapped meat for words, my mind is full and enriched.
