Christmas at Brown Thomas, Dublin

Whilst in Dublin I did a lot of research for my current Visual Merchandising university project. Being in a different location allowed me to soak up what the city had to offer visually, take my time and snap away at the wonderfully festive window displays and captivating in store offerings.

Reviewing my life on the Internet.

Hello! I'm Clo, in case you've forgotten. It's been a while.

I can't believe it's December already! This year has flown by. I'm currently in Euston train station (London) waiting for a train and decided it's time to put pen to paper (or thumb to phone) about my internet silence, hiatus, disappearance, call it what you will.

I can't pin point at what point I stopped contributing to my 'little space on the internet' but I know that events in my personal life contributed to my sudden radio silence and therefore protection of my thoughts and actions. Going offline was my way of keeping myself to myself, my Twitter, Pinterest, tumblr and Instagram became dormant and I didn't miss it. Internet life needed a time out.

In my silent time I've also gone from 'single' to 'in a relationship' (oooo, ahhh) and out of respect and privacy for him have wanted to keep it on the public, social down low. Despite him being totally amazing and fully supportive of anything I want to apply my creative eye to, some things are better just kept private, right?
